Job Description

Agilus is recruiting for Client Service Graphic Communications Representative in Saint John, New Brunswick.


  • Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers.
  • Act as the front line for the field operations in any escalations and manage those in association with the onsite Support Staff using a database of solutions to reference
  • Diffuse difficult customer situations Focus on providing tiered remote customer service solutions at many levels.
  • Technical trouble shooting and dispatching field service technicians and 3rd party equipment supplies ordering as required
  • Answer incoming calls, emails and or electronic service requests from customers, and / or 3rd Party employees and monitor the customer’s equipment remotely using the Office Suite (XOS) of tools.
  • Record, track and monitor problem resolution.
  • Input and / or update documented information in a computerized database


• Superior Customer Service/Relation skills including second level question probing ability
• Demonstrated Multitasking: Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent business experience
• Strong Xerox organization knowledge
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of self-motivation, self-starter
• High Sense of Urgency
• PC and systems knowledge
• Strong Team Player but able to work under minimal supervision
• Good Problem Solving skills and creativity
• Solid planning and organizational skills
