Great  law firm with 'family' feel looking for enthusiastic, energetic 3-5 year call well versed in their chosen niche area of law to join their team.    Would you like a friendly, relaxed firm who seeks a symbiotic working relationship - offering you a great infrastructure so that you can focus on being a 'lawyer' and removing the burden of administrative tasks?   THIS IS THE PLACE.   Litigators should have court room experience, great communication skills and be able to build strong rapport with clientele.   Solicitors should exhibit high competency and desire to serve their clients.        Position comes with a lot of client contact and mentoring, although lawyer should be able to handle files independently.    Do not need to come in with your own clientele, although a small book of business would be an asset.    Litigators must have the skills to develop and manage their files, conduct Questionings, handle contested applications and run trials, as well as conduct settlement negotiations as files progress.    Position requires excellent client control, research, drafting and analytical skills as well as compassion for clients.     Candidates need to take proactive approach to client needs and be very hands on.
