Job Description

Do you have a passion for Accounts Payable and love the flexibility of working contract positions? If so, we are looking for you!

Many of our clients located in Calgary often have last minute temporary need for Accounts Payable employees and we are on the look out for top talent!

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and enter invoices
  • Use the 3 way matching method to verify invoices
  • Code and enter invoices
  • Reconcile vendor accounts
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Maintain vendor records
  • Various other duties as needed

    Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer services skills
  • Good team player
