FinTech is a hot topic these days. But what does it actually mean? This Burnaby-based software company has been creating financial technology solutions, before the fancy buzz word even existed. But make no mistake, this is not a stale, stodgy banking environment.

In fact, in this Software Sales role, you will be surrounded by entrepreneurial, driven individuals who are motivated by modernizing -- and disrupting -- traditional financial systems and processes.


This Software Sales position is suited to an experienced sales professional who has sold complex software solutions to corporate accounts. If you've previously sold solutions to financial institutions, that would be a great match.


In this full-time role, you'll earn a competitive base salary, and uncapped commissions on your sales. You'll also have the opportunity to travel occasionally between Vancouver, Toronto and certain US locations, depending on the location of the customers and accounts.

In this role, you can expect to earn a competitive compensation package, made up of base, and variable incentive based on performance. Your OTE for year one is expected to be approximately $300,000, comprised of base + incentive (50/50). Of course, earnings are uncapped, and there is no limit to what you can earn, based on your ambition and drive.


There are a couple of attractive aspects to this position. Firstly, there are relatively few people on the sales team, which means that there are entire verticals and territories that are still unclaimed. So little risk of stepping on the toes of your colleagues and scrapping over accounts.

Another attractive element is the level of support you'll receive from the executive team and founders, who have traditionally done much of the selling themselves. As the business continues to grow, they are being pulled in other directions, hence the need to add to the sales force.
