What you get to do every day

*Assist and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
*Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
*Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally
* Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems

Job Requirements

*Good knowledge and understanding of networking systems, including firewall, VPN, security gateways;
*Good knowledge and understanding of system administration, including Active Directory, Citrix, DNS, content filtering and experience in server administration and system reporting.
*Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
*Comprehensive knowledge of MS Windows 10 in an Active Directory environment
*VMware experience preferred
*Strong familiarity with Lotus Domino Server
*Lotus Notes experience
*Command of Citrix
*Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
*Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
*Previous exposure to Office 365 would be an asset
*24x7 schedule - rotation work
