Robert Half Technology is looking for an IT Manager for our Client. As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for meeting the needs of the business environment by prioritizing short-term and long-term goals for the service team by mentoring and increasing skillsets.

Job Requirements

- 2+ years proven working success in a Systems Admin/Analyst and or Service Desk role combined with 2+ proven years in a Management/Leadership position (Teams of 15+)
- Demonstrated strength being a strategic Leader in planning, organizing and delegating with both people and work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
- Proactive and takes initiative. Thinks creatively with the ability to meet long term goals
- Ability to work well with people and to lead and inspire them to do their best work every day.
- A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field from a recognized post-secondary institute is required.
- Working experience in a managed services environment.
- Previous Project management skills and abilities
