POSITION TITLE: Inside Sales Manager BRS (Bilingual - English/French)

REPORTS TO: District Sales Manager

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Konecranes, a world leading group of Lifting Businesses™, is looking for ambitious, confident, and motivated individuals for our Business Development Team. As an important point of contact with our current customers, our Business Review specialist (BRS) execute a critical part of our customer consultation process, the Business Review. The BRS will perform an in-depth review of the service relationship looking at progress, feedback and documented value. Upon completion of the Business Review, the BRS will focus on renewing the customer's current service agreement with Konecranes. BRS will evaluate crane usage from remote monitoring statistics, operating environment, duty classification, manufacturer's recommendations, and local regulations while discussing recommendations and planning jointly with the customer. BRS play a key role in our business success strategy. BRS will focus on delivering a world class customer service experience, being fully committed to retaining our customers, and ensuring they have the necessary information to make the right decisions for their unique needs. Our Canadian BDR Team will be key component of the pipeline and revenue growth for Konecranes.

Managerial

• Responsible for overseeing and training on the CRM tool for BRS team. A primary focus is ensuring that all sales and managerial resources are using the tool to manage our customer relationships and keeping activities up to date monthly.

• Responsible for holding weekly coaching sessions with all sales resources to ensure they are meeting sales requirements and expectations as well as developing individual action plans in conjunction with branch manager to get back on track if needed.

• Responsible for Service Review content and process and for meeting assigned sales targets. Consult with each customer within two business days of service request completion.

• Responsible for hiring, training/development, and corrective actions of all sales personnel. These decisions must be discussed with the Director of Inside Sales before proceeding.

Individual

• Activities assigned to this role include estimating, completion of operative quotes and customer follow up on quotations, especially for screen and select customers and unassigned customers. Reassign opportunities to other sales resources as appropriate.

• Develop competency and use processes and tools which are provided for this role. Depending on volume and competencies, this can be one or more positions. Refer opportunities for other products to other sales people by creating sales cases

• Engage in various sales activities with a keen focus on sales cases initiated by the Operative Quoting process and created during Inspections and Maintenance, Visit Reviews or other sales leads generated by field operatives

• Perform the Service Review with customers providing offers/consultation from repairs within the targeted time frame established (2 days). Use of the approved online media is required (SKYPE for Business, other online media, telephone).

• Prepare or assist in developing price estimates for service work using established worksheets, guidelines and input from the service department.

• Prepare and maintain sales cases in the CRM software ensuring they are in the appropriate stage of the sales funnel.

• Conduct frequent and regular follow up contact for all open sales cases. Assign any sales cases that require customer site visits to the designated sales resource.

• Maintain the sales funnel according to the established KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for Funnel Quality Reporting. Provide other reports to management as requested.

• Qualify all new prospects for credit worthiness. Check D&B ratings and obtain credit application, if appropriate. Obtain tax-exempt certificate, if required.

• Monitor the credit control list and assist in collection efforts of problem accounts, as needed. Consult district staff prior to delivery of services or materials to accounts outstanding for over 60 days.

• Maintain customer and contact information in the CRM software, as required. Ensure strict compliance with all requirements of the Contract Retention policy.

• Review reports, in detail, and work orders with customer.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three(3)+ year/s of business development or sales experience preferred with people management experience. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and PC skills.

OTHER EXPERIENCE: Must be coachable with a willingness to learn. Must have a desire to be successful and grow in a world class organization with a commitment to excellence, superior relationship building and collaborative capabilities. Must be willing to develop Konecranes sales ethics and values. Must be fluently bilingual English and French

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or Associate degree preferred however, prior equivalent experience and training will be considered in lieu of formal degree.
