We are currently hiring for several Customer Service Liaisons and Technical Support Representatives in the Woodstock, ON area!

This role is full time and offers competitive wage and benefits.

Job Duties:

  • Candidates will be working in an inbound contact center providing technical support on cable, internet and mobile network issues. They will be responding to customer inquires, requests and complaints via telephone, email and web.
  • Candidates will provide call backs, ticket and tasks, ticket creation and escalation and or reviewing documentation
  • Communicating customer feedback to the Technical Support Team Lead/ Manager as well as assisting their peers.


Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
  • Strong technical background
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
