Customer Service Team Lead

A company located in Delta is looking for an excellent Customer Service Team Lead to join their team permanently. This is a family run business with a great, close knit team. It’s a small office, and not a call center.

The perfect person would be able to focus on goal setting, supporting their team, great with setting up weekly meetings, providing morale, and a great self starter.

Ideal traits: high degree of organization, excellent leadership skills, entrepreneurial, and customer driven!

Salary: $60K - $70K based on experience

Duties:

  • Leading the customer service team and leading weekly meetings;
  • Communicated between all internal departments;
  • Reviewing any performance issues and looking for areas that require improvement;
  • Train and mentor staff;
  • Ensure your team has a clear understanding of any objectives and productivity requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle as this office is not transit accessible;
  • 5 years of relevant experience including acting as a team lead or manager;
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 and SalesForce.
