Job Description

Agilus recruiting for Bilingual Customer Solution Representatives to work with our client in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Duties:

  • Provide exemplary customer service as the first point of contact for customers
  • Answer incoming calls, emails and electronic service requests from internal and external customers
  • Trouble shoot customer equipment issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Diffuse difficult customer situations
  • Record, track and monitor problem resolution
  • Manage supplies for customers

 Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in English and French
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Clean criminal record

Total Compensation Package:
