La période de formation se déroulera en salle de classe pendant environ 3 semaines, où ils découvriront les produits, les fabricants et les SOP. Il y aura également des examens périodiques pour prouver qu'ils ont appris le matériel requis. Ils suivront également les appels en direct avec des agents. Après la formation de 3 semaines, ils seront au téléphone, mais ils ne recevront pas d'appels entrants au début afin de mieux organiser leur temps. Ils seront assis dans une équipe qui travaille avec les mêmes produits et pourront s'appuyer sur eux pour du support. Le travail d'équipe est un aspect important du travail Le code vestimentaire est «habillez votre journée».

Si vous n'avez pas de réunions importantes avec les gestionnaires ou les clients, vous pouvez vous habiller plus décontracté. Si un client vient visiter le bureau, il s'attend à ce qu'il s'habille de façon décontractée. C'est un environnement de centre d'appels, où des cabines de bonne taille et deux écrans. Les heures sont 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 12-8, donc elles devraient être disponibles de 8h à 20h. Ils ont la possibilité de travailler à distance après la période de formation, donc probablement dans les 6-8 premières semaines

The coordinator is the point of contact between the patient and the program. They will be supporting patients across Canada.

Some of the patients will be new and they will set up "enrollment calls" where they will get certain medical info into the system, send info to insurance companies, follow up with them, send orders to pharmacies and follow up with the patient every few weeks.

Other patients will already be a part of the program and they will simply follow up to check in and deal with any issues.

They will work closely with the field case managers who are interacting with physicians.

It is mainly outbound calls but there will be inbound calls and emails as well that they will need to answer and follow up on.

MUST HAVE
-2+ years of customer service experience
-Teamwork
-Bilingual (written and spoken - English first)
-Microsoft Outlook & Word
-Tech Savvy

The training period will be a classroom setting for approximately 3 weeks, where they will learn about products, manufacturers and SOPs. There will be periodic exams as well to prove they have learned the required material. They will also shadow live calls with agents.
After the 3 week training they will be on the phones however they will not receive inbound calls at first so they can better organize their time.
They will be sitting in a team that works with the same products and will be able to lean on them for support. Teamwork is an important aspect of the job

Dress code is "dress your day". If you have no important meetings with managers or clients you can dress more casual. If a client is coming to visit the office, they expect them to dress business casual.

It is a call center environment, where nicely sized cubicles and two screens.

Hours are 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 12-8 therefore they would need to be available from 8am to 8pm.

They have the ability to work remote after the training period, so likely within the first 6-8 weeks.
