Job Description

Agilus has an opportunity for a Bilingual Account Representative, for our client, a leading multinational corporation operating in the fields of industrial, worker safety, health care, transportation and consumer goods, located in London, ON.

Role Overview:

  • Working under the leadership of the manager, you will handle varied customer transactions including inbound calls/e-mails, customer order entry and servicing customer accounts
  • Communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues
  • Identify and implement service solutions
  • Monitor progress using service measurement systems
  • Identify areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations through continuous improvement efforts, while consistently interacting with internal and external people in a friendly courteous manner and give continuous attention to customer satisfaction 
  • Work to enhance knowledge in key service areas, and other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Two (2) combined years of customer service and/or sales experience 
  • SAP system experience is preferred 
  • Experienced with cross-functional project leadership preferred 
  • Possesses exceptional customer service competencies 
  • Able to resolve conflicts effectively, be proactive and resolve issues before they become problems, while collaborating in a high-volume team environment
  • Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others 
  • Demonstrate literacy with Microsoft Office products 
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational & communication including presentation skills with the ability to stay focused 
  • Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion 
  • Able to: handle work-related stress, handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and meet deadlines
