The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity for someone who wants a Demand Generation and Lead Strategy role. It’s a chance to work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to build out the strategy, identify and target prospects, qualify opportunities and track the performance of marketing automation campaigns.

What you will focus on as the new Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Campaigns and strategies. You will plan, implement, and oversee online campaigns to grow our reach our audience. You will execute direct mail and on-line content campaigns and run our social media distribution and engagement process. You will successfully increase customer conversion using Google and LinkedIn campaigns and improve website lead funnels.
  • Increase exposure. You will build out our database of qualified leads using strategies that grow engagement, retention, and conversions. You will research customer journeys to build personalized, segmented workflows for email and marketing automation campaigns.
  • Demand generation process. You will leverage marketing automation tools such as Hubspot and online advertising to develop prospect pipeline. You will create and analyze dashboards for demand generation program further building out the processes.
  • Collaboration. You will build and grow relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, trade associations and publications.

As the new Digital Marketing Specialist, here’s what you bring:

  • Education and experience. You have a degree or diploma in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration. You have 3 to 5 years of broad B2B marketing experience including hands-on exposure building multi-platform campaigns.
  • Proven success. You have expertise in building online lead generation strategies, direct marketing campaigns, building out website lead funnels and driving conversion through online qualification using advertising and automation tools. 
  • Technical skills. You have experience with a variety of social media and online advertising platforms; LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Hubspot as well as SEO and keyword optimization.
  • A solutions focus. You are a proactive thinker who can come up with innovative ideas quickly based on your findings and your experience. You are eager to research and analyze, keep up with new trends, understand the competition, and capitalize on our appeal.
