Talentcor Toronto is recruiting for 2 Customer Service Representatives for our client near Yorkmills Subway Station.  The opportunity is 3- 6 month contract with high potential to extend thereafter. The pay rate is $16/hr.
The ideal candidate has to have strong customer service skills and have a call center background. Should be able to work flexible hours (no night shifts).Strong telephone etiquette and ability to handle inbound calls and eventually outbound calls.  If the individual has data entry skills that would be an asset but the focus on the role will be on the phones handling calls.
Core Job responsibilities include:
        
  • Entering inquiries

  •     
  • Answering Phones & Responding to Email Inquiries - explaining options, policies, setting up accounts and offering general customer service.

  •     
  • Keeping track of requests, following up with clients and making sure that the client/customer is well looked after.
Minimum


        
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  •     
  • Ability to document quality notes and maintain lists.

  •     
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize.

  •     
  • Fast typing skills & competency on computers.

  •     
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  •     
  • Business savvy with intuitive ability for learning.

  •     
  • Experience with business communications.

  •     
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative and work independently.
  •    
        
  • Awareness, care and concern about clients and solving concerns or inquiries.
Additional Assets:
        
  • Post-secondary education

  •     
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  •     
  • Proficiency with MS Office

  •     
  • Experience working on various phone systems in a call center an asset

  •     
  • Having a way with words: )
