Compensation: $40000.00 to $42000.00 yearly

Notre client est un leader mondial de l’industrie et recherche un/une agent/e de service à la clientèle – (automobile/assurance) (soutien concessionnaire) . Ils sont situés à Pointe-Claire.

Heures de travail: 9 heures à 18 heures (lundi au vendredi) + 5 semaines des vacances Programme de congé mérité +Cotisations au REER égalées Assistance éducative Programme d’escompte pour les employés+Repas de reconnaissance des employés

Responsabilités :
• Répondre aux questions des concessionnaires automobiles et des clients par téléphone et par courrier électronique.
• Effectuer diverses tâches administratives telles que la création et le traitement des exceptions, les renonciations et les transferts de protection.
• Aider les concessionnaires automobiles à obtenir et à renouveler les licences d'agent adaptées aux besoins de chaque province.
• Aider au développement continu du centre de ressources
• Créez des fichiers de revendeur dans le logiciel et maintenez leur acuité si nécessaire.
• Préparer des accords avec les concessionnaires, ainsi que collecter et traiter des documents juridiques.
• Assister les concessionnaires dans l'utilisation des différentes ressources qu'ils offrent, dans la finalisation des certificats, dans la mise à niveau du financement et des locations, ainsi que dans la finalisation des évaluations en ligne.
• Participer à l’élaboration de différents rapports à usage interne et externe et offrir un soutien pour leur interprétation.

• Answer questions from car dealerships and customers by phone and email
• Complete various administrative tasks such as the creation and processing of exceptions, waivers and transfers of protection
• Assist car dealerships in obtaining and renewing agent licenses specific to each province's requirements.
• Assist in the ongoing development of the resource center
• Create dealer files in the software and maintain their acuity as required.
• Prepare agreements with dealers, as well as collect and process legal documents.
• Assist the concessionaires in the use of the various resources that they offer, in the finalization of certificates, in the upgrading of financing and rentals, as well as in the finalization of online evaluations.
• Help develop different reports for internal and external use, and offer support in their interpretation.

Expérience de concessionnaire automobile est un atout

Car dealer experience is an asset
