Our client is a general contractor construction company with offices in the east coast. This group is currently expanding their business portfolio and is looking for Project Manager to work in one of their division offices in the east.

They are looking for a Project Manager who has experience in full-cycle project management and project execution including but not limited to: construction management, contract management, scheduling and budget, effective use of management tools, reporting generation, training of personnel, and strong knowledge of construction building codes in Quebec.

Requirements:

- University degree in engineering and construction management
- P.Eng or PMP designation
- 5+ years’ experience in construction and project management within the institutional sectors i.e. university, schools, healthcare, government office buildings, etc.
- Must be bilingual (French/English)
- Must be local in Montreal or willing to come back in Montreal
