Real Estate Development Sales and Marketing Leader (VP/Director/Manager)

Talentcor Markham is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client a new exciting developer in the GTA set to take the area by storm. We are seeking an accomplished experienced real estate development Marketing and Sales leader in a VP/Director/Manager capacity for full cycle end to end marketing of our client’s development projects including low-rise, mid-rise, mixed use, residential and condominiums. The position is located in Markham but your role would require you to be in front of agencies, consultants, sales teams, clients across the GTA in regard to the specific projects. Reporting to the President you would be directly responsible for building and executing Marketing and Sales strategy, including but not limited to competitive analysis, region demographics, strong research skills, delegation of tasks to marketing coordinators, building a sales team, and performing strong branding efforts for the company in the region.

You must have the flexibility to manage outside agencies, consultants and design teams to roll out the company vision which you will take a great stake in designing in this key position. The company is a financed new development company in Canada with a land bank and active projects This role offers a chance to be part of the core leadership team reporting directly to the president. They have 5 large projects on the go in various stages including condominiums, townhomes, single detached, and custom homes of 5000 sq feet.

Strong team player willing to wear many hats Strong research abilities and knowledge of the GTA market. Ability to draw out and execute on the marketing road map including hiring and managing the sales team, designing (with agency support) the presentation centers Strong industry contacts including agencies, design consultants, realtors, brokerages Focus on both internal brand marketing and external sales marketing for the properties You will be the face of the company managing PR/Pricing/Strategy/planning/execution Experience with Low-Rise, Mid-Rise, Mixed Use, Custom homes in full cycle marketing and sales capacity in real estate development projects 10 years of leadership experience Team building and management experience Knowledge of researching platforms and databases to draw information for everything from demographics to competitor evaluation Track record of successful completion of projects Experience sourcing and building presentation centers, model homes, branding and building trust with the community through public marketing presentation efforts Local experience Ability to combine strengths in a lean structure with top industry professionals to get the job done (with assistance from outside consultants and internal team members) High degree of quality control in your work Agency selection, coordination and alignment Heavy involvement in budgeting, pricing and branding Extensive experience in Real Estate Marketing Sales background with a real estate license Ability to prepare and review legal documents (working with law firms) Experience building sales compensation plans and structure Ability to establish best practices and procedures to build a roadmap for the company’s success Ability to work independently as an entrepreneur with backing from a strong growing organization Compensation:

Salary + Performance bonus, project completion bonus, sales bonus and annual and benefits + vacation commensurate with experience
