Classification: Office/Admin Supervisor/Mgr

Compensation: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year

Working with our client, Office Team is currently seeking an Office Manager to join a dynamic, team-oriented organization within the financial services industry. This opportunity is located in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will provide the day-to-day corporate office administration including, administrative support for the team. Primary responsibilities for the Office Manager position will include, but are not limited to the following:

* General office administration tasks such as managing office supply inventory, resolving IT and facilities management issue that may arise, etc. * Corporate accounting and bookkeeping functions such as end of month reconciliation of bank and credit card statements, invoice filing, and employee expenses * Prepare financial statement reports and quarterly tax filings for the CFO * Respond to external broker documentation requests * Manage subscription agreements on a monthly basis

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

* University degree or diploma * 3 years? experience working in the financial industry * Previous office administration experience * Highly organized * Strong oral and verbal communication skills * Financial accounting experience and Canadian Securities designation, an asset * Ability to manage and multi-task multiple priorities
