On behalf of our client in the Retail Sector, PROCOM is looking for an Office Assistant - Pharmacy.

Office Assistant - Pharmacy – Job Description

  • This role will assist the Dietitian management team in a number of areas including but not limited to:
  • Financial reporting
  • Insurance adjudication
  • Supply management
  • Setting up new services
  • Uploading items to SharePoint
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Expense reports assistance
  • Checking Accuro for dietitians on vacation

Office Assistant - Pharmacy – Mandatory Skills

  • 2-3 Years experience with office administration (Financial, insurance and office supply)
  • Strong communication skills

Office Assistant - Pharmacy – Nice to Have Skills

  • Previous healthcare/pharmacy experience

Office Assistant - Pharmacy - Assignment Start Date

ASAP – 12 months to start
