Talentcor Professional (Markham) is seeking that unique Marketing coordinator for a 9 month temporary/contract opportunity with our client in the GTA area who is passionate, and focused as a marketing events professional capable of handling multiple event projects end to end. Are you a one of a kind Marketing Coordination professional with a track record of executing great events? This temporary contract role will support with day to day project management of the events schedule developed by the Marketing Operations team to promote the iconic motorcycle brand and thus play an active role in growing the overall sales of motorcycles and related products in Canada. This role is located at our clients headquarters in Vaughan, Ontario but will require some travel as you execute on exciting events.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager as part of the Marketing team, this role plays a key supporting function in our clients presence at tradeshows, creating and delivering brand and product roadshows as well as presenting our clients iconic brand at outreach events. It is an integral part of delivering our clients strategy of growing ridership by reaching new audiences and supporting the rollout of new product platforms that drive the business forward.

Supporting the Canada event strategy, working closely with the marketing teams in both Canada and international Headquarters and managing the execution of brand and product events. The role will be accountable for delivering strong ROI and continuous improvements in event execution, efficiency and brand presentation. Coordinating agencies, suppliers is a fundamental part of the role.

This role is located at our clients Canadian headquarters in Vaughan, Ontario and will involve frequent travel to events across Canada.

The Opportunity

The incumbent will be expected to execute events that support our clients strategy of growing ridership by reaching new audiences. The role will closely collaborate with other divisions within marketing and the wider business. There can be significant personal and professional growth opportunities within the International Marketing team, and the wider Motor Company as a whole.

The Successful Candidate

A positive and highly motivated individual that is naturally organized with meticulous attention to detail. A proven track record of delivering successful events with multiple stakeholders is required. The individual will be able to travel frequently to events. Great communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and the ability to communicate fluently in English is a must. Successful candidate needs to have ability to work extended hours to prepare for and attend events, including weekends as required.

Experience with managing large budgets, multiple agencies and suppliers is essential. Minimum of 2 years of experience executing successful events is mandatory.
