Talentcor Brampton, is recruiting for 5 Industrial Millwrights for a Plastic manufacturer in Brampton. A successful candidate will have a 433A Industrial Millwright certification who can troubleshoot/fix on the mechanical side.

Responsibilities:


        
  • Ability to read electro-mechanical Blueprints / Schematics including European and North American wiring diagram procedures

  •     
  • Sound knowledge of pneumatic and AC/DC and Servo motor control

  •     
  • Demonstrated a high level of written and oral English communication skills and organizational skills.

  •     
  • Computer literate

  •     
  • Dedication, self-motivation and action-orientation to get the job done

  •     
  • Must be able to work 3 rotating shifts, on-call, overtime and weekends as needed








        
  • 5 years Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing company (ideally in packaging).

  •     
  • Industrial Millwright (433A) required.

  •     
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  •     
  • Good mechanical aptitude.

  •     
  • Ability to multi-task. 

  •     
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

  •     
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

  •     
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs unaided.

  •     
  • Must feel comfortable and pass a criminal background check.



Hours:


        
  • Sunday to Friday – 3 different shifts that rotate every two weeks. You must work all shifts!

  •     
  • Day shift (7 am to 3:15 pm)

  •     
  • Afternoon shift (3 pm to 11:15 pm)

  •     
  • Evening shift (11 pm to 7:15 am)



Total Compensation Package:


        
  • Single - $30-33/hr
