Classification: Account Executive/Staffing Manager

Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Our client located in Oshawa has an immediate requirement for an Executive Assistant to support members of their senior leadership team! This opportunity is a short-term, temporary role, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and fit. The Executive Assistant is responsible for:

- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties, including use of Microsoft Outlook Calendar, room reservations and catering; - Preparing meeting agendas, typing and compiling minutes; - Processing all incoming and outgoing correspondence; - Administering the organization's policy and procedure document management system; - Organize, circulate and track documents for signature; - Other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements
The ideal Executive Assistant will have 5+ years of experience providing support to senior executives. Superior time management and organizational skills is essential. Intermediate to advanced technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is also required. This role is best suited to a flexible team player with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
