Founded by construction professionals, we know how important it is to finish a job on time and on budget. Their mission is to help builders maximize job site productivity and efficiency by streamlining the material procurement process for all materials and supplies. The client's business is rapidly expanding and currently seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager with a proven capability in driving the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives! What You?ll Do: ? Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan that supports the mandate for new client acquisition and growth within current client accounts. Help set and then manage the annual marketing budget aligned with these plans. ? Define, track and report program performance metrics and continually optimize program performance ? Create and package content in support of the execution of new client acquisition and growth activities including: our website, social channels, case studies, presentations, sales proposal materials, one-pagers, and offers. ? Build further industry awareness and brand value by identifying relevant industry events, conferences and speaking opportunities, and supporting our internal thought leaders and executives in their participation and effectiveness at these events. ? Plan and coordinate our own events for prospective and existing clients and partners. What You Have ? 5+ years of experience with planning and executing multichannel marketing initiatives ? B2B marketing experience in the tech industry ? Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done ? Consistent track record in performance analytics and making data-driven decisions to continually optimize and drive the customer acquisition funnel ? Extraordinary communication and collaboration skills, with peers and cross-functional teams - can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions ? Strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills ? Strong proficiency with modern digital marketing tools and software applications ? Experience with HTML/CSS ?
