Our client in the Cambridge area is looking for an Insides Sales/Customer Service to join their team. The Inside Sales/Customer Service will be reporting to the Manager and appointed mentors, and the Inside Sales/Customer Service will be working closely with other internal departments. To be successful in this position, the candidate needs to be self-driven, ambitious and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to take advantage to the profit sharing! The key responsibilities of the Inside Sales/Customer Service may include, but are not limited to: *Respond to customer?s inquires in a timely manner *Able to handle high volume of orders and have strong cross referencing skills *Sourcing products and be profit conscious while maintaining competitive Customer prices This position is open for years experience due to the excellent training program our client offers. In addition, the candidate will be a team player, be extremely organized, be able to manage time effectively and have strong communication skills.
