We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Client Coordinator, Consulting and Business Development. The role will report into the Sr. Director, Strategic Consulting and indirectly into the Sr. Director, Marketing and New Business Development.


We require a professional with the experience and background in client relations, background research, project tracking and management, and stakeholder support. The role will interact both with internal and external customers and they will be responsible for coordinating event and project process, provide bench research for background information and proposal work, preparatory pre and post work for client meetings, and manage team analytics and invoicing for the consulting Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). The role will also provide support and assistance to the department to coordinate external meetings, organize materials, lead external conference activities and support client communication as necessary.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage client data in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Analyze and process data for the department via the CRM for monthly team meetings, quarterly business reviews and KPI project tracking
  • Conduct analytical reporting for budget and billable invoicing.
  • Interact with internal and external customers and prepare pre and post work for client meetings
  • Coordinate the proposal and project process with Consulting and Business Development business leads
  • Process billable and invoices for customers.
  • Lead therapeutic and corporate profile research for proposal background documents.
  • Lead all Innomar conference logistics, budget tracking, and communications with external stakeholders.
  • General administration duties for the departments as necessary.


  • University education in Business, Communications or related field
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar client facing role

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, consulting, sales, or payer fields a plus
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, MS Outlook) and other presentation platforms
  • Strong ability to research around patient, provider, payer and physician for proposal writing
