We are currently looking for a Bilingual Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

This role will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Planner, Marketing Operations with financial analysis, incentive payment processing and internal auditing/reconciliation of dealer retail incentives.  This position will also be required to assist with monitoring and implementing process improvements within the dealer contact team.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Financial Analysis (35%) – take the lead on key financial analysis including the following: month-end financial reconciliation/validation of incentive payments vs. Marketing plan,  preparation of daily reports and ad-hoc analysis as required to support new Marketing Programs, tracking and updating reports on team operational expenditures vs. budget.
  • Incentive Payment Processing (30%) - Prepare monthly incentive payment system criteria averaging $20M per month (+$250M per year) by consolidating the results of various analysis and queries that require coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed
  • Audit Assistance (10%) - Support Senior Manager and Planner with audit requests from both internal and external auditors
  • Dealer Relations Support (25%) - Prepare and analyze daily dealer inquiry / request metrics sent into the C&I Dealer support team and assist with identifying process enhancement opportunities. Conduct dealer training sessions from time to time throughout the year (may require 2-3 day business trips across Canada)


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University or College degree required ( Business/Commerce/Finance/Marketing )
  • 2 to 3 years in an Operational Finance or Marketing analytics related role (previous automotive experience within an incentives department an asset)
  • Must have a high aptitude for numbers and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal); strong customer service ethic
  • Experience and ability to present information and conduct training in front of business partners
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
