We’re currently looking for a Bilingual- Lease Customer Network Representative to join our team in Mississauga ON.

This role will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls from customers and dealers  in a designated territory from 45 days prior to lease maturity and up to maturity date. Contact customers confirming maturity date, residual value and address.  Explain lease end process and review and recommend options with a focus on lease renewal. Request and follow-up on lease-end decision.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to all inbound phone calls for designated queue
  • Respond to customer and dealer inquiries according to department policies and procedures
  • Research and reconcile accounts, maintain accurate records of incoming phone calls. 
  • Share other department administrative responsibilities including responding to faxes or inquiries from dealers
  • Assess and collect charges and fees due at maturity: Review customer accounts, calculate outstanding balances, excess km charges, NCFI fees


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly related Customer Service. Call Center experience an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure
  • Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications
  • Must be fluently Bilingual (French & English)- Verbal and Written
