Bilingual English French Logistic Clerk

Job Description

  • Receive inbound customer/vendor returns.
  • Logs all returns, RMA #, tracking # into the system.
  • Verifies physical inventory counts
  • Prepares Return to Stock Inventory transfers and inventory for re-stocking if necessary
  • Performs quality control on returned orders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure return to stock items are received, documented and accounted for
  • Develop process improvements to scale responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail within a fast paced changing environment
  • Strong accurate keyboarding skills
  • Must be able to effectively work within a team environment
  • Must be fluently Bilingual (English & French)
