Our client in the Oakville area is looking for am Admin Assistant to join their team. The Admin Assistant will be reporting to the Owner, and the Admin Assistant will be supporting the Owner as well as supporting the two other partners. The key responsibilities of the Admin Assistant may include, but are not limited to: *Excellent knowledge of computers with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. *Schedule meetings and taking meeting minutes *Strong calendar management *Answer phones/emails The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years experience in an admin assistant role. In addition, the candidate will be extremely organized, able to manage time effectively, and detail oriented. The Admin Assistant will be self-motivated, self-directed and responsible with a work hard mentality. Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of minute taking - Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience desired - Foundational knowledge in filing - Knowledge of meeting coordination and planning - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills - At least 3 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - Skills in internet research - Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems .
