Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

Our clients working in the heart of Vaughan, Barrie, Rexdale, Etobicoke, and Alliston areas are looking for the immediate assistance of Intermediate Administrative Assistants to support the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the office with various administrative functions. Day to day duties will include, answering the phones for the office, responding to various email and voicemail inquiries, making travel arrangements for various staff members and management. Additional responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will be include arranging for couriers and deliveries, processing basic invoices, as well as general ad hoc administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, ordering office supplies and delivering faxes and mail.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience. Basic to Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are required. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic and the ability to work as a team player.
