ACCOUNT SALES EXECUTIVE – TEMPORARY DISPLAYS AND POS SYSTEMS

One of the GTA’s foremost full-service POS production companies is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their team.  Great sales opportunities for any experienced sales pro who is looking for a new start working for a highly professional and supportive sales management team.  No barriers to success in this environment!


POSITION SCOPE

Polished sales professional with direct sector experience selling temporary displays as well as retail point of sale pieces, displays and/or packaging and kitting. The perfect candidate for this role has experience with all aspects of the selling cycle from developing new clients, to servicing accounts.

Successful candidate for this role needs to be self managing and driven.


Very good team atmosphere.  Supportive management team.  Administrative support is provided in-house for every sales professional so you can concentrate on selling!


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of a viable book of business consisting of temporary displays, POS systems/items as well as kitting services
  • Make sales calls and presentations to generate selling opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and related KPIs
  • Building of new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, trade shows, responding to RFQs, RFIs, etc.
  • Participate in meetings, “Lunch and Learns", trade shows and other events that highlight this company in the marketplace
  • Skilled in the development of or part of the team that constructs RFQs, bids, tender packages, etc.
  • Ability to work with wide range of stakeholders from internal teams as well as outside vendors and suppliers
  • Provide account management to existing client and their teams  to  ensure strong professional relationships as well as ability to penetrate into the account for new business opportunities 


Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years sales experience selling retail point of sale pieces, displays and/or packaging
  • Good understanding of production and/or creative process related to printing or POS display pieces
  • “Can- do" attitude coupled with a HUNTER mentality – proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
  • Client-oriented approach to selling – strong account management skills
  • Have an existing network of business contacts within the print or POS sector
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in generating quotes, pricing, estimates, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Good computer skills – experience with CRM systems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years sales experience selling retail point of sale pieces, displays and/or packaging
