This is a career-building opportunity for someone with expertise in inventory control, warehouse systems and overseeing a team. It’s a chance to be part of a growing national organization; a chance to have your voice heard and make an impact introducing and implementing new systems and processes.

Who you are

You are an Inventory Control Lead or Manager with direct experience working in a warehouse with barcodes and inventory management system and order fulfillment/supply chain expertise. You have natural leadership qualities. You are a multi-tasker in the truest sense, someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, demands and timelines all at once - and doesn’t get overwhelmed doing so.

As the new Warehouse and Inventory Lead, you will focus on:

You will update the database(s) to maintain accurate inventory including preparing requisitions, orders, or other documents for moving inventory from one location to another.

What you bring:

  • Education and Experience. You have 3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse/inventory role. You understand the detail and accuracy needed in inventory control. You take your responsibility for inventory integrity seriously. You pick up new technologies quickly and are comfortable with basic software and database entry.
  • Communication Skills. You are well spoken and not afraid to pick up the phone, compose an email or have a conversation with internal teams at any level. You are comfortable taking on an assertive position with the sales team while continuing to support their end goals. You can take control and ownership of the inventory movement.
  • Drive and motivation. You can work efficiently and safely in a collaborative environment. You understand you are part of a team depending on your accuracy and speed. You know how to solve problems and search for information.
