The opportunity

As we continue to scale, we are adding a Sales Executive to the team. This is an exciting chance to join a leader in the healthcare technology industry and bring positive transformation to our clients and their patients. We need a true hunter who can take an entrepreneurial approach to increasing our exposure and executing on a sales strategy, selling technology solutions into a client base open to change. As a Sales Executive, you will work on the end-to-end sales cycle, from sourcing leads to closing the deal. You will increase our client’s presence throughout a dedicated region in North America, building out plans and workflows that incorporate our solution, and enhancing the prospect’s understanding of how you can help them to help their customer base. You will develop a deep understanding of their needs and find the right solution for them, working closely with the Enterprise Sales Directors.

You are a Sales Executive seeking a new challenge in an industry calling for transformation. You have exposure to a longer sales cycle in a SAAS environment. Here’s what you bring:

  • Curiosity, passion, and drive. You want to make an impact.  You have 1-3 years of experience in sales in SaaS. You are comfortable with selling a complex product into a layered institution.
  • Relationship building, selling, maintenance, and management. You are an active listener, and you take a consultative approach to build out relationships. You have patience, and you are highly responsive. You can put clients at ease, and gain the trust of internal and external team members. You value everyone you work with and can efficiently work with the account management, pre-sales engineering and development teams to ensure the client’s expectations are being met.
  • Vision, instincts, and translation. You are a proactive thinker who can come up with innovative solutions quickly, but you take the time to truly understand the business needs of your clients. You believe in pursuing the long term goals and the bigger closes, not the fast and easy. You are comfortable working across all levels of large organizations and institutions.
