Talentcor is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant for our  office in Ottawa. 

Recruitment activities can include job fairs, developing social media campaigns and community outreach so that we are recognized as the staffing firm of choice.

You Will:

  • Identify and implement recruiting strategies and methodology relevant to current vacancies
  • Develop a robust candidate pipeline through a variety of sources including candidate databases, networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and job postings
  • Pre-screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to understand their career objectives and skill sets
  • Prepare and present candidates for career opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and quality order fulfillment
You Are:
  • Community minded, connected, creative and confident
  • Able to build positive, long-term relationships with candidates and colleagues
  • Action-oriented with a high degree of tenacity and urgency in achieving results
  • A recruiter with minimum 1-year experience (Staffing or Corporate)
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
