Immediate opening available for a Project Manager

Working with our client in Mississauga, we are actively recruiting for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist for a full-time position. Reporting directly to the Payroll Director, the Bilingual Payroll Specialist will be involved with

* Working closely and collaboratively with the Business Development Manager and the Estimator
* Develop, maintain, and implement project management procedures
* Adapt to changing project and customer circumstances by developing workable and cost-effective contingency plans
* Ensure the highest degree of compliance with standards and regulations related to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental legislation
* Follow all established organizational policies and procedures
* Reporting workplace hazards, accidents or other occurrences that may pose a risk to the organization or the safety of oneself or others
* Participate in team/staff meetings
* Work in a manner that preserves confidentiality and minimizes risk
Job Requirements
About You –

* 5 or more years of related experience
* Experience with managing employees
* Construction/Environmental industry background is an asset
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team effort, and a willingness to be very hands-on
* Above average communication and interpersonal skills
