Lucas Professional Search Group is looking for a Project Manager with a minimum 10 years’ experience in the Ontario land development and municipal infrastructure design to work in an exciting, fast-paced civil consulting environment in Paris, ON.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Management of projects, including adherence to budgets, schedules and

managing workflow of the functional, detailed design and construction for

subdivisions, sites and municipal infrastructure;

• Working both independently and within a design team environment to complete

project work from concept to completion including evaluation and analysis of

grading, water supply, sewers, roads, and site servicing with an open mind to

design options and value engineering;

• Liaise with private and public-sector clients, municipal and government review

and approval agencies, sub consultants and subcontractors;

• Following and adhering to Provincial, Municipal and corporate design and report

standards, procedures and regulations;

• Client relationship building, and strategic business development related to

municipal and land development servicing needs;

• Demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize workload;

• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development and maintain

up to date with regard to technology and industry trends.

Qualifications Include:

• Completed a Civil Engineering program from an accredited academic institute

recognized by PEO or OACETT. P.Eng or C.E.T designations are an asset;

• Possess a minimum of 10 years’ related experience in Civil Consulting for land

development and municipal infrastructure;

• Possess a valid Professional Engineering license to practice in Ontario.

• Significant experience with local (Ontario) design in civil consulting and approvals

of municipal infrastructure;

• Project management experience, leading a design team and managing

deliverables to clients;

• Familiarity with the Provincial and local design guidelines, policies and

• Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) applications for stormwater and

wastewater projects;

• Understanding of OBC, local design standards and specifications.

• Working knowledge of Civil 3D, Microsoft Office and related software.

• Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication

and organizational skills are mandatory;
