National Account Service Representative - 12 Month Contract - Bilingual

The National Account Service Representative is the expert in managing national customer orders, moving between various portals to ensure customers receive our timely and utmost high-end service to their material handling equipment needs.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in a demanding environment dealing with the customers, national sales representative, dispatch and technicians.  They will require clear and concise communication both written and verbal to provide an effortless customer experience for both the internal and external customers.


  • Monitor customer service request portals
  • Ensure the receipt and processing of customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolve request discrepancies
  • Collaborate with various personnel internally to guarantee the highest level of customer service

Key Job Activities:

  • Create and follow-up on work orders 
  • Respond to inquiries via e-mail or telephone
  • Update and monitor unique customer portals
  • Mitigate delays in service
  • Report on service statuses

Attention to detail and accuracy will be critical to rectify discrepancies in work orders to mitigate service delivery delays.  They will use MS Excel to generate reports and must be comfortable working between various customer portals and systems. Teamwork is key to succeed, and as such, you are more than happy to jump in for your team members. Having worked in a similar position with some corporate and industry experience will be considered an asset.
