On behalf of our client in the Telecom Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Marketing Manager - Telecom.

Marketing Manager - Telecom – Job Description

  • Develop and support the channel expansion strategy for Home Security and Home Automation.
  • Includes working with cross functional stakeholders to meet channel sales objectives.
  • Go-To-Market - activities for the channel, including engagement with field teams and back office teams, coordination with marketing and pricing teams.
  • Vendor Management and support - gathering and prioritizing feedback from vendors and consolidating into enablement roadmap
  • Training and Best Practices - establish and deliver training content that reflect marketing and channel strategy
  • Channel Administration - supporting field rep administration needs
  • Reporting - generate KPIs and recurring reporting to key stakeholders and leadership

Marketing Manager - Telecom – Mandatory Skills

  • Analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Required Proficiency Level: Advanced
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to performance excellence. Required Proficiency Level: Advanced
  • Demonstrate influence and strategy skills; planning, budget management, variance reporting; root cause analysis. Required Proficiency Level: Advanced
  • Proven ability to make strategic recommendations on gap closure initiatives, secure alignment and budget. Required Proficiency Level: Advanced
  • Confidently present ideas to senior leaders (VP and above). Required Proficiency Level: Advanced
  • University Degree. Related bachelor’s or master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 - 10 years of equivalent experience
  • 5+ years progressive experience in Marketing and business management positions with proven success in leading teams.
  • Home Security/Telecom/industry experience and exposure to a variety of marketing roles would be beneficial

Marketing Manager - Telecom – Nice to Have Skills

  • Post-secondary courses in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related subjects preferred.
