OfficeTeam is in need of an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative that is looking to expand their career and skill set. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. Be prepared to come into a dynamic and fast-paced environment in this role. This long-term temporary-to-full-time Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Woodstock, Ontario.

Your responsibilities in this role:

- Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Field and send out send written business correspondence

- Receive and place telephone calls

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Job Requirements
- Command of software technology

- Comprehensive knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

- Experience using Microsoft Office

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Excellent computer skills

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
