The Bilingual Sales Leads Supervisor & Analyst is responsible to manage incoming sales leads from field employees to sales reps, lead reporting on team activities across the organization and supervise and coach Sales Leads Coordination team members. This role is perfect for someone who is a strong leader of processes and people and enjoys using advanced Microsoft Excel. Being sociable is a big part of this team, as you will continuously be in contact with our sales, technicians and front-line groups through answering queries, promoting the program, and receiving feedback to make sure others are satisfied with the level of service the Sales Lead team provides. If you have previous experience in a sales process environment you would likely understand the value of this role well and thrive.

This position will require competency with detail, analytical work, research and managing internal and external diverse relationships. Able to listen to understand and solve problems with varying levels of personnel. They will use their professional and positive leadership approach to uplift and affect their direct reports.

Job Goals:

  • Assist in the marketing and continued growth of our business through the outreach of the sales leads programs.
  • Build relationships with our technicians, our sales reps, and our front-line employees to promote the leads programs.
  • Monitor the sales leads cycle and provide leadership to direct reports to ensure all opportunities are actioned and the rewards are allocated when the lead is closed
  • Report on lead statuses and provide ad hoc reporting to management.

Key Job Activities:

  • Monitor the Sales Leads e-mail in-box and our corporate website to action inbound leads quickly
  • Use various systems and applications to log, assign, track, close and reward leads activities.
  • Follow up on lead statuses and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Respond to inquiries from managers, technicians and sales reps
  • Be the face of our Outreach Program to ensure technician satisfaction and improve participation
  • Report on the results of the Outreach Program responses
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve department efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create status reports.
  • Develop strong employee to supervisor relationships, performance management and career development.
