We are proud to represent a renowned Architecture firm who are looking to fill the following Construction Contract Administrator role:

As a Construction Contract Administrator, you will be asked to:

  • Be in a senior level position to manage, level and lead internal and co-ordinate external project teams in the required construction administration function.
  • Representing the firm during the Construction Phase of multiple projects.
  • Communication with clients, contractors, construction managers and authorities.
  • Preparing all areas of construction contract administration, and projects
  • Prepare and issue drawing updates to reflect site conditions, site modifications, and design changes during the construction phase

    What you bring to the company:

  • Diploma or a Bachelors/Masters degree from an accredited Professional Architectural program, or an accredited Construction Administration Program.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in Architecture or the Construction industry as a Contract Administrator
  • Experience in construction phase management, shop drawings, samples, mock-ups and preparation of site visit reports
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Understanding of the Ontario Building Code
