Data Analyst

On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Data Analyst.

Data Analyst – Job Description

  • Move Bank's US and Canada Line of Business Contact Center outbound data from the source systems to cloud based forecasting tool for generating weekly schedules.
  • Facilitate data analysis requirement sessions with business and technology partners
  • Capturing requirements and meeting minutes
  • Previous experience in technology projects dealing with forecasting, ETL, data mapping/transformation, data analytics
  • Excel skills
  • 50% Allocation Daily support for applications.

Data Analyst – Mandatory Skills

  • Data analyst - 2 years
  • SQL - 2 years
  • MS BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) - 2 years
  • Python and C# - 1 year
  • Strong communication skills

Data Analyst – Nice to Have Skills

  • Tableau experience
  • Big data, Hadoop and podium experience
  • Contact center technology experience

Data Analyst - Assignment Start Date

ASAP – 6 months to start

Data Analyst - Assignment Location

Downtown Toronto
