We are excited to announce that we are an Authorized Apple Service Provider! We are looking for customer service focused Apple Repair Technicians to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in enhancing our customer's experience. You use your problem-solving skills to assure customers of swift resolutions to their phone's technical problems. You carryout fault diagnosis to improve the quality of phones, make repairs when required and keep customers informed about services including warranty coverage. You fulfill service commitments and you offer guidance and share knowledge with both customers and coworkers alike.


  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and relationship building for fast, courteous, friendly service.
  • Perform diagnosis using the tools and processes provided
  • Manage customer service issues including trouble shooting of the device, identify the problem, and facilitating the repair
  • Own the administration and follow up of the warranty and repair processes including parts and customer unit inventory (ordering, receiving, shipping)
  • Maintain productivity standards with regards to quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Act as an Apple and Tbooth wireless brand ambassador
  • Educate customers on how to use their products more efficiently and effectively
  • Be a team player by supporting and being there to help your team


  • Ability to maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Experience operating, troubleshooting and repairing mobile phones or electronics
  • Apple Service Certification and experience with GSX is an asset
  • You have an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
  • You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments
  • Flexible with your schedule and your work hours will be based on business needs
