Who we need

We are adding an Accounts Coordinator to the team at our Barrie location. Someone who is able to prioritize and work under a fast-paced environment. We need an Accounts Coordinator who can build strong internal and external relationships and is comfortable using Nav and Mobility Ministry Applications. An Accounts Coordinator who is passionate about joining a company with a purpose.

Who you are

You are an Accounts Coordinator in the industry and you want to take the next step in your healthcare solutions career. You are looking for a company with a purpose where there is a rainbow of opportunities; a place that supports internal promotions and development. 

What you will do:

  • Monitor. NAV (Navision) workflow to identify all sales orders to ensure that all orders meet revenue recognition criteria, generate invoices, and process as outlined in funder guidelines.
  • Audit. Mobility Ministry Applications for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Process. Banking transactions including Accounts Receivables, cash applications, update and audit bank statements. This will also include applying location funds to outstanding accounts receivables.
  • Be detail oriented. Generate reports including ADP submissions, location reports. Identify any application issues/omissions with locations as it relates to ADP.

What you bring

  • Education. You have a post-secondary diploma or degree, ideally in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Experience. You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an accounts receivable or administrative position that includes cash management or accounting. You are comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite of tools, ideally Navision and databases. Mobility Ministry Knowledge is an asset.
  • Collaborative focus. You want to be part of a close-knit team that prioritizes customer service. You are outgoing and have the confidence to stand by your decisions. You can remain calm in the face of conflict and open to constructive criticism and the ideas of others.
  • Communication Skills. You are well spoken and not afraid to pick up the phone to make or take a call. You can compose clear, concise business emails with ease.
  • Drive and motivation. You thrive in an autonomous role yet you understand you are part of a cross-functional group depending on your accuracy and speed. You are self-motivated and proactive.
