Description

The Account Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing Security Operations and Security Professionals for the account to which they are assigned.

The position is also responsible for maintaining client relations, directing, coordinating and overseeing all activities of the onsite Security staff, including hiring, supervisory development, training and operations functions at the assigned properties in accordance with client requirements and company standards.

In addition the Account Manager is tasked to meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. Maintains or oversees maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel.

Provides after-hour emergency response as required.


Requirements

  • Wage $21.00
  • Must have a G driver’s license (will be able to use our AUS vehicle)
  • Will be provided with an AUS company cell phone
  • Primary role is to support the client daily with site visits and quality control checks of the team
  • Liaise with clients
  • Communication skills are key for this role as the AM is the first point of contact if there are issues on site
  • Proven history of success in the security industry (Supervisory or Management Experience preferable)
  • Not a standard schedule, need to be available to work a variety of different shifts but they are primarily days, however, this is not a 9-5 position.
  • Assist with payroll entry on a weekly basis
  • Fluent with email and Microsoft Office
