OfficeTeam is representing a full-time Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Assistant position. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination and generating/compiling reports for the Director, supporting the department for database and record management, managing the internal website, creating briefing papers for the management team and other HR-administrative support activities as required. Our client offers a dynamic work environment and is located in close proximity to bus routes.

Duties include:

- Administrative and Human Resource duties

- Recruitment

- Employee record maintenance

- Orientation and onboarding

- Other duties as required
Job Requirements
The ideal Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Assistant candidate should have:

- A college diploma in office administration or a similar discipline,

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (experience in a human resources environment is a definite asset)

- Strong oral and written communication in both official languages

- Expertise in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel)

- Superior time management and organizational skills
