OfficeTeam is seeking a Executive Assistant for a full-time opportunity with our not-for-profit client. Reporting to the President, the Executive Assistant role is responsible for:

* Handling a wide range of administrative and executive level support tasks;

* Managing and maintaining executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements;

* Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;

* Filing and retrieving documents and reference materials;

* Arranging and coordinating meetings and events, which at times may require interaction with external executives, consultants and assistants;

* Recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings;

* Monitoring, responding to and distributing incoming communications;

* Receiving and interacting with incoming visitors; and,

* Liaising with internal staff at all levels.
Job Requirements
The Executive Assistant qualifications include:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience providing support at an executive level;

* Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures, business and management principles;

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

* Ability to work independently with little or no supervision;

* Ability to handle confidential information and act with discretion;

* Superior oral and written communication skills (bilingualism is an asset);

* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a high level of patience and a positive attitude.
