Talentcor Winnipeg is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant- French Bilingual for a client located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.


  • Answer and direct telephone calls with impeccable etiquette
  • Schedule internal appointments and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, maintain databases)
  • Coordinate meetings and work schedules using online systems
  • Prepare letters, memos and other correspondence with exceptional grammar
  • Book travel and other arrangements as required
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required

  • This role is a temporary position, but with your skillset perm positions are only a matter of time!


  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both official languages (French and English)
  • You have worked in an administrative role for 2-3 years
  • You leave no stone unturned - exceptional attention to detail is your specialty
  • You possess the ability to creatively problem solve
  • You have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • You’ve completed high school
  • You are a Business Admin (or equivalent) graduate looking for your next big role
