POSITION DETAILS / JOB TITLE / LEVEL OF SENIORITY
In this HCM (human capital management) technical analyst role, focused on Workday, you'll be applying your knowledge of information systems to help improve the operational efficiency of a busy Vancouver educational institution. This is a multi-faceted role, where you'll use many of your different skills. Some days you'll be meeting with stakeholders and even shadowing them to understand their daily routines. Other days, you'll be analysing data from the system to spot trends and patterns. And of course, you'll share your findings and recommendations, through reports, dashboards and presentations. Never a dull moment.

In this role, you'll be part of a team that is helping to implement a brand-new human capital management (HCM) software package, Workday. This is a major project for the school and has been in progress for nearly two years. The new software will go-live in early 2020, and this is where your role gets interesting.
You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting the data generated by the system, and then working with stakeholders across the organization to make processes smoother and better. If you love data, and more importantly you love putting data into action, this could be a great role for you.
