What is the job?
* Time and Attendance Administration
* Delegate tasks to warehouse employees
* Train new hires and casual labor
* Act as a liaison between your manager and front-line employees
* Establish team priorities and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision Warehouse Person tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy. Documents and identifies all discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead.
* Accurately complete routine documentation, such as pick sheets, manifests, and unload lists
* Perform a variety of physically demanding general labor duties according to standard work instructions, such as manually loading and unloading goods from a trailer.
* Participates in process-specific training and adheres to all work instructions and guidelines established by KN to comply with regulatory standards such as ISO and GxP.
* Demonstrates and maintains a skill set capable of operating a variety of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment. Examples include but are not limited to: scanners, computers, scales, pallet jacks and a variety of motorized material handling equipment such as forklifts, clamps, power jacks, pickers and reach trucks.
* Demonstrates and maintains professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel.
* Proactive in accident & incident prevention and fills out these reports promptly and accurately when required.
* Employee maintains an acceptable availability for work record. (Absenteeism and lates)
* Demonstrates initiative and responsibility in all tasks in support of department and business goals.
* Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Company.

What do you bring?
* Must possess a licence for material handling equipment (Counter balance, Raymond reach, Walkie, Order picker).
* Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Capable of repetitive work including bending, twisting and reaching, following safety procedures.
* Availability to work periodic overtime and a variety of shifts in order to meet the requirements of the operation.
* Ability to clear a criminal background check
